Long description

This alcohol-free wheat beer is brewed organically with wheat and barley malts, maize petals, lemon peel and ginger. Dry-hopping with ginger adds a subtle spicy touch. Its notes of crisp citrus and malt come together in a light finish. It embodies the joyfully exacting expertise of Edmond, born from a quest for flavour, brewed in France by seasoned brewers and distributed with enthusiasm at Gueule de Joie.

Technical description

Brewed using a classic process from organic grains, the infusion is followed by dry-hopping with ginger and lemongrass. The alcohol is kept below 0.5%, then the beer is pasteurised to ensure stability and roundness. Its body, articulated between bubbles, controlled bitterness and malty substance, reflects a rare attention to detail.
