Nooh - Sparkling rosé 0.0 - Château La Coste

Nooh Rosé Effervescent captures the essence of Provençal rosé without the alcohol. Made from a renowned organic rosé wine aged at night, it is dealcoholized through gentle vacuum distillation (35–40 °C). The result: just 3.5 g of residual sugar and delicate bubbles that reveal aromas of small red berries and floral notes of jasmine, with a crisp finish. 100% wine, 0% alcohol—a festive treat to be enjoyed chilled.

The winemakers at Château La Coste employ a two-step blending process: first, the classic vinification of rosé grapes (Syrah, Cinsault, and Grenache), followed by dealcoholization through vacuum evaporation at low temperature (≤ 40°C), which preserves the original aromas at the core. The wine is then gently carbonated. This artisanal process guarantees an intense aromatic expression, fruitiness, freshness, and delicate bubbles, while maintaining a 0% alcohol content.
