The excessive Sparkling White - Château d'Estoublon

Excessive Blanc Effervescent, a collaboration between Château d'Estoublon and Carla Bruni, is a sophisticated 0% ABV sparkling wine. After three hours of skin maceration in the press, the grapes are gently pressed and settled at a low temperature. They are then carefully stored in a cool environment to prevent alcoholic fermentation and preserve the purity of their aromas. Serve very chilled between 4 and 6 degrees Celsius. Once opened, keep refrigerated with a suitable stopper.
