Brick House brewery crafts Young Pug using a traditional method: maceration of barley malt and oats, intensive hot hopping followed by cold hopping with Simcoe and Mosaic. A controlled fermentation limits the alcohol content to 0.5%. The beer is then filtered and bottled, preserving its complex aromas.
