Long description

Arensbak Rouge is a table drink conceived as an alternative to red wine. Fermented black tea, beetroot, hibiscus, blueberry, blackcurrant and oak barrel make up this double-fermented recipe. The nose is powerful, the palate structured, long, with subtle tannins. Serve at cellar temperature with a slow-cooked dish, grilled meat or roasted plant-based cuisine. A complex, serious creation that proves alcohol-free does not mean characterless.

Ingredients
Water, cane sugar, fruit juice from concentrate: blackcurrant, morello cherry and sour berry. Grape zest extract. Flavours: oak, Puerh tea, juniper, cremini mushroom, liquorice root, marigold flower, black pepper. Flavour enhancer: tartaric acid, lactic acid. Kombucha cultures.
