Archipel crafts this Brut using Kinihira black tea, selected for its depth and fruity notes. After traditional fermentation, it is bottled unpasteurized to preserve a fresh, tangy balance. The nose evokes mirabelle plum and sweet spices, while the palate reveals a pronounced tension. It is best enjoyed neat, almost like wine. A fermented, non-alcoholic beverage perfect as an aperitif or with savory pairings.
