This method preserves the natural aromas of pear, green apple, and lemon, while maintaining a lovely freshness. Light and clean on the palate, it pairs easily with vegetarian dishes, grilled fish, or a simple aperitif. A balanced and thirst-quenching alcohol-free white wine, perfect for convivial moments.
