Real Fantasy - Tea / Elderberry / Red Berries / Black Pepper - Ambijus

Ambijus has created a non-alcoholic red wine reminiscent of a grand cru from the North. Real Fantasy blends kombucha, wild berries, toasted oak, and black pepper in a taut balance between tannic strength and aromatic richness. Each ingredient is fermented separately to better express its character. The result: a vibrant, full-bodied, and complex drink that pairs perfectly with a cut of meat, stews, or aged cheese.

Each ingredient is fermented separately (kombucha, berries, wood, spices), then cold-blended. Less than 0.5% alcohol, unpasteurized to preserve the aromas.
