Disappointed by the lack of ambition in mainstream breweries, Tore Gynther founded To Øl to shake up the rules. First beer in 2010, instant success: by 2011 To Øl was already among the top 100 breweries in the world. Now based at "To Øl City" in Denmark, the brand brings together craftspeople, creativity and sustainability in a unique brewing ecosystem. It offers innovative beers, including a demanding alcohol-free range focused on experimentation and flavour.
