In 2016, in Denmark, a few prominent figures in the culinary world had the vision, courage, and determination to offer a new experience in non-alcoholic beverages. What they created was a fascinating paradox: a collection of sparkling, refreshing, and elegant wine-inspired alternative drinks. These beverages are inclusive and offer a complex pleasure. To deliver their unique flavors, Far & Son uses traditional fermentation, inspired by champagne, but incorporates new brewing techniques.
