In 2016, in Denmark, a group of gastronomy figures had the vision, the courage and the determination to offer a new experience of alcohol-free drinks. What they created was a fascinating paradox: a collection of wine-inspired alternative drinks — sparkling, refreshing and elegant. These drinks are inclusive and offer complex pleasure. To deliver its unique flavours, Far & Son uses traditional fermentation inspired by champagne, enhanced with new brewing techniques.
