Long description

Botanicals is a sparkling alternative to champagne, fermented using traditional methods but subtly reinvented. Infused with lemongrass, kaffir lime, lime, and carefully selected herbs, it unfolds a delicate profile on the palate. Produced in Denmark by Far & Søn (2016), it is certified organic, vegan, and gluten-free. Best enjoyed from a glass, it reveals its full, uncompromisingly vegetal and effervescent character.

In 2016, in Denmark, a number of personalities from the gastronomic world had the vision, the courage and the determination to offer a new experience of alcohol-free drinks. What they created was a fascinating paradox: a collection of wine-inspired alternative drinks, sparkling, refreshing and elegant. These drinks are inclusive and offer complex pleasure. To deliver its unique flavours, Far & Søn uses traditional fermentation inspired by champagne, while incorporating new brewing techniques.
