Botanicals - Far and Son

Botanicals is a sparkling alternative to champagne, fermented using traditional methods but subtly reinvented. Infused with lemongrass, kaffir lime, lime, and carefully selected herbs, it unfolds a delicate profile on the palate. Produced in Denmark by Far & Søn (2016), it is certified organic, vegan, and gluten-free. Best enjoyed from a glass, it reveals its full, uncompromisingly vegetal and effervescent character.

Far & Søn uses a traditional fermentation process similar to that of champagne, reinvented with modern brewing methods. The botanicals (lemongrass, kaffir lime, spices) are incorporated from the start, fermented naturally to create fine bubbles, without any artificial flavoring.
