Hibiscus reveals a natural copper colour and a deep nose of red berries. Made from organic hibiscus flowers, carefully fermented using methods inspired by champagne, it combines fine bubbles and a dry finish. A true star of menus, it pairs with oriental mezze, miso aubergine or rich dishes.
