Villa Martelle is the fruit of the bold vision of winemakers Michel and Catherine Vincent, who reinvented alcohol-free tasting by marrying technological innovation and gastronomy. Composed of organic grape juice infused with decaffeinated cold-brew coffee, blackcurrant aromas, oak wood and Espelette pepper, this 0% drink embodies French-style "flexidrinking": a 100% pleasure alternative, 3.5 times lower in calories than a wine, designed to accompany vegetable dishes, meats, cheeses or chocolate desserts. An impertinent, respectful and resolutely poetic potion.
