Long description

On the nose, citrus, flowers and spices intertwine. The first sip brings three expressions of orange, before juniper and angelica add botanical freshness, leading to a woody finish lifted by cinnamon. At Gueule de Joie, we selected Sober Spirits Bitter Aperitivo 0.0% for its genuine bitterness, which holds its own in cocktails; it won an IWSC silver medal in 2025. It shines in a Sober Americano 0.0%, a Sober Bitter Spritz 0.0% topped up with tonic, or as an aperitif with olives and antipasti.
