Alcohol-Free Negroni
Created in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni, this cocktail is a cousin of the Americano. The sparkling water is here replaced by gin, to enrich its herbal and bitter notes.

Ingredients
- 3cl – Alcohol-free gin
- 3cl – Alcohol-free bitter
- 3cl – Alcohol-free red vermouth
Preparation
In a glass, over ice, add each ingredient in equal parts and stir with a spoon.
Garnish with an orange zest.
