Alcohol-free rosé (0%) - Le Petit Etoilé

Le Petit Étoilé Rosé embodies light and contemporary elegance. Unfermented, organic, and vegan, it is crafted using cold maceration on the skins, then enriched with aromas through infusions of grape seeds and oak. Its pale pink hue hints at a nose of redcurrant, raspberry, citrus, and delicate flowers. The palate is crisp and balanced, with a subtly spicy finish. Alcohol-free, it can be enjoyed on any occasion, as an aperitif or with a meal, where it reveals its freshness and finesse.

Pre-fermentation maceration at high temperatures (75°C) accelerates the extraction of color and tannins. Aromatic complexity is achieved through aging in the form of infusions of organic grape seeds and French oak.
