La Blanche Bio from Brasserie Parallèle is carefully brewed using organic ingredients and a specific yeast that naturally limits alcohol production. Its hazy appearance, aroma of lemon and coriander, and lively palate make it a refreshing, balanced, and subtly aromatic beer. In 2024, it was voted the world's best non-alcoholic wheat beer at the World Beer Awards and received a gold medal at the European Beer Challenge, confirming its status as an international benchmark among non-alcoholic craft beers.
