Long description

The Les Quatre Tours estate, situated in the heart of Provence, has joined forces with Kolonne Null to craft this dealcoholised rosé. A clear and luminous colour, an enticing nose of strawberry, raspberry and citrus: the aromatic palette is precise. The palate is supple and well-balanced, with a lingering freshness. Vinified in the Provençal tradition and carefully dealcoholised, this rosé retains all its authenticity. This cuvée showcases the expertise of a cooperative renowned for its honest and approachable wines, combined with the technical rigour of Kolonne Null.

Each cuvée is conceived from the outset to be dealcoholised, with particular care given to terroir, grape variety and style. Using a gentle method, the alcohol is removed while preserving the wine's aromas and balance. The result: elegant wines at a maximum of 0.3% alcohol, combining exacting standards, authenticity and pleasure, with no compromise on the tasting experience.
