Brewed with hibiscus flowers and a hint of ginger, it reveals a floral and tangy palette carried by a lovely freshness. The palate remains light and thirst-quenching, with notes of citrus, soft spices and a fine vegetal tension. Together with his children Anaïs and Florent, he created a family craft brewery with distinctive and bold recipes.
