Kiss Wing was born in 2017 from Didier's passion, inspired by the rise of Canadian microbreweries. With his children Anaïs and Florent, he created a family-run craft brewery with unique and daring recipes. Located in Montblanc, between Montpellier and Béziers, in the heart of the Hérault vineyards, the brewery cultivates its free and creative spirit in a setting steeped in history, driven by a close-knit, enthusiastic team resolutely committed to authenticity.
