ISH's reimagined G&T is based on a non-alcoholic spirit infused with juniper, citrus, coriander, and other aromatics, enhanced with a subtle spicy warmth extracted from chili pepper shells, all served with a quinine-rich tonic. The dry, vegetal, and aromatic balance recalls the original cocktail, without alteration or lukewarmness. A clear, assertive G&T that speaks of elegance, yet remains light.
