The G&T reimagined by ISH is built on a non-alcoholic spirit infused with juniper, citrus, coriander and other botanicals, lifted by a subtle spiced warmth extracted from chilli husks, all served with a quinine-rich tonic. The dry, vegetal and aromatic balance is reminiscent of the original cocktail, without any compromise or flatness. A clear, confident G&T that speaks of elegance, with effortless lightness.
