Long description

Developed in France by Maison Giffard, Herbal Juniper draws on juniper and cardamom extract to evoke a gin, without alcohol. Its slightly hazy texture carries an aromatic nose, then releases a tangy juniper note on the palate, supported by a woody and almond finish. Functional and sophisticated, it offers a useful and precise base for a Negroni, Gimlet or Clover Club.
