Vinified in stainless steel tanks, carefully aged, then dealcoholized by low-temperature distillation to preserve its aromatic qualities. After the natural aromas have been reintegrated, a gentle carbonation is applied to create an elegant and stable effervescence, without the use of artificial additives.
