Rosé Zéro - Domaine de Montrose

Made from grape varieties grown in the Languedoc region (80% Grenache Noir, 20% Cinsault), Rosé Zéro retains the identity of Montrose rosé thanks to meticulous winemaking, followed by a delicate dealcoholization process that preserves the aromas. Its pale color with salmon highlights hints at a fruity and floral nose. On the palate, a beautiful balance of freshness, roundness, and aromatic intensity is evident. Heir to over three centuries of history, Domaine de Montrose brings its expertise to bear on this dealcoholized rosé, which retains the signature of the Mediterranean terroir.

After traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, the wine is dealcoholized by gentle distillation at low temperature, which preserves the aromas and structure. The natural flavors are restored, guaranteeing a balance close to the original rosé, without artificial flavoring.
