Nooh - Alcohol-free rosé - Château La Coste

Nooh Rosé Non-Alcoholic is an exceptional rosé wine whose aromatic qualities (strawberry, lychee, orange blossom) are preserved thanks to a gentle vacuum dealcoholization process. Made from the organic Rosé d'une Nuit grape variety, it contains less than 3.5 g of residual sugar. Served chilled, it offers a fruity, fresh, and well-balanced palate—all the finesse of the Provençal terroir, without a drop of alcohol.

The winemaking process follows the traditional method for rosé de nuit, then the wine is dealcoholized under vacuum (controlled temperature ≤40°C), preserving its aromatic profile. The product is filtered and bottled without added sugar or further fermentation. This meticulous process ensures the authenticity of the fruit and floral aromas, while guaranteeing a refreshing, delicate, and alcohol-free beverage.
