This 0% sparkling wine from Aubert & Mathieu is made from dealcoholized wine (a Grenache/Cinsault blend) and grape must, delicately carbonated. Low in calories (~14 kcal/100 ml), with no added sugar, it reveals an elegant aromatic profile: tropical fruits, citrus, and white flowers. With its light effervescence, it evokes a festive sparkling white wine without compromising on flavor. Ideal for brunches, aperitifs, or fruit desserts.
