Josiane reinvents the aperitif in bistro style with an alcohol-free recipe using organic plants. This original blend of gentian, verjuice, apple juice and aromatic herbs such as sage, verbena and thyme develops a wonderful complexity: fresh, lightly bitter, vegetal.
