0bis is Benjamin's adventure — a former film industry professional turned alcohol-free artisan. Upended by the pandemic, he envisioned a project combining pleasure, conviviality and quality of life. In 2022, he created 0bis: elegant, alcohol-free aperitifs inspired by the bistro spirit. After months of creation, Josiane and Viviane were born: two festive drinks, full of character, celebrating the present moment without ever compromising on flavour or the joy of sharing.
