0bis is the story of Benjamin, a former film professional turned alcohol-free craftsman. Shaken by the pandemic, he envisioned a project blending pleasure, conviviality, and quality of life. In 2022, he created 0bis: elegant, alcohol-free aperitifs inspired by the bistro spirit. After months of development, Josiane and Viviane were born: two festive drinks, full of character, that celebrate the present moment without ever compromising on taste or the joy of sharing.
