0bis is the story of Benjamin, a former film industry professional turned alcohol-free artisan. Shaken by the pandemic, he envisioned a project combining pleasure, conviviality and quality of life. In 2022, he created 0bis: elegant, alcohol-free aperitifs inspired by the spirit of the bistro. After months of creation, Josiane and Viviane were born: two festive drinks full of character, celebrating the present moment without ever sacrificing taste or the joy of sharing.
