Alcohol-free Caipirinha
The official drink of Brazil, it's refreshing, tangy, and easy to make. Since its creation in 1900, it remains as popular as ever. Here's a non-alcoholic version of the famous Caipirinha.
Ingredients
- 5cl – Non-alcoholic rum or non-alcoholic tequila
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 citron vert
- Crushed ice
Preparation
In a rocks glass, pour the juice of half a lime. Add the brown sugar and stir well to dissolve. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add the non-alcoholic rum or tequila. Stir with a spoon, then add more crushed ice to create a small dome. Garnish with a lime wheel.
