Sarment Zéro
Vins Bécat is the story of 6 wine enthusiasts in search of a new dealcoholised tasting experience.
They select wines from local winemakers and dealcoholise them while preserving an aromatic profile as close as possible to the original wine. The original aromas are retained through a vacuum evaporation method.
Production is based in Controis-en-Sologne, in the heart of the wine-growing Sologne region.
Beyond this Sarment Zéro cuvée, Vins Bécat is also a collaborative project, serving the wine industry in the Val de Loire. The team supports winemakers wishing to launch their first dealcoholised production. They are committed to a approach of quality and diversity in dealcoholised products within the Loire Valley wine sector.
Their initiative is currently supported by the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Agriculture of the Loir-et-Cher (département 41).
