Sarment Zero

Vins Bécat is the story of 6 wine enthusiasts in search of a new alcohol-free tasting experience.
They select wines from local winemakers to dealcoholize while preserving an aromatic profile as close as possible to the original wine. The original aromas are preserved through a vacuum evaporation method.
The production is based in Controis en Sologne, in the heart of the Sologne wine region.

Beyond this Sarment Zéro vintage, Vins Bécat is also a collaborative project serving the Loire Valley wine industry. The team supports winemakers wishing to launch their first dealcoholized production. They are committed to a quality and diversity approach for dealcoholized products within the Loire Valley wine sector.
Their approach is currently supported by the chamber of commerce and the chamber of agriculture of the 41.
