Penrose is an Anjou-based cooperative that blends brewing creativity with urban farming. Based in Beaucouzé, it produces craft beers and kombuchas, while also growing mushrooms in recycled containers. Driven by a local, organic and sustainable vision, the team uses spent grain from the brewing process to feed its mushrooms, following a circular economy model. A committed, innovative approach resolutely focused on living, responsible food.
