Manufacturing secrets

For the dealcoholization of its wines, Arjolle has chosen a high-quality and efficient method: vacuum evaporation. By placing the wine under vacuum, the boiling point of the alcohol is lowered (30°C instead of 80°C), which means the wine is heated less and therefore retains the vast majority of its original aromas. This method makes it possible to dealcoholize the wine down to 0.0% ABV and offer a truly alcohol-free beverage.

About the domain

Domaine de l'Arjolle was established in 1974 in Pouzolles in the Hérault region. From the outset, its objectives were centered on essential pillars such as quality, diversity and the production of enjoyable wines, values that remain predominant within the estate today.

They focused early on renewing their grape varieties, initially adopting Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. The freedom afforded by the Côtes de Thongue appellation allowed them to produce varietal and blended wines with character and expression.

Mindful of economic realities, Domaine de l'Arjolle is committed to producing quality grapes while ensuring respect for the environment and the consumer.

True to its philosophy, the Domaine de l'Arjolle seeks optimal quality of grapes, depending on the wines it wishes to produce.

He now puts this expertise to use in the production of high-quality dealcoholized wines.
