White - Chardonnay - Wine Impact

SOSIE Blanc revisits Chardonnay with elegance: dealcoholised through gentle low-temperature distillation, it preserves the essence of the grape variety — freshness, apples and peach — while lightening the glass. This wine tells the story of Roland and Roman Tournier's passion, winemakers from the South-West of France, champions of a living viticulture rooted in respect for the environment. Every sip is a delicate celebration, an uncompromising pleasure, best shared chilled, from aperitif to summer lunch. A white wine that rhymes terroir, local pride and the freedom of pleasure with complete transparency.

The SOSIE range offers you the authenticity of a dealcoholised wine, thanks to a gentle method aimed at preserving the qualities derived from the winemaking process. For uninhibited, responsible and committed enjoyment, their range represents a bold alternative that will delight all those who wish to indulge without moderation. A selection aimed at a discerning audience seeking to combine festivity and well-being.
