Cassis & Menthe combines the powerful, tangy fruitiness of organic blackcurrant with the intense, vegetal freshness of mint. Crafted by hand in Bordeaux, this alcohol-free drink is built on the complementarity of flavours: the dark intensity and sweet roundness of blackcurrant, the thirst-quenching vibrancy of mint. With no additives whatsoever — only fine bubbles and the authenticity of its ingredients — it embodies the Manufacture spirit: creating elegant and innovative drinks. Cassis & Menthe pairs beautifully with aperitifs or fruity desserts, and also lends itself to mixology.
