Bird of Prey - Uiltje

The Bird of Prey 0.2% IPA from Uiltje Brewing is the sober superhero of IPAs: a fruity, tangy and refreshing cascade, ideal for staying fresh all night without the slightest fatigue. With only 0.2% alcohol, it pairs wonderfully with a spicy curry or a sweet dessert, best enjoyed at 5–7°C for a long-lasting explosion of flavour. This light beer has already won gold at the Brussels Beer Challenge (2024) and the World Beer Cup (2023), followed by several bronzes in 2025.

This alcohol-free beer has not been dealcoholised, but conceived from the brewing stage itself. The brewers use specific yeasts that are unable to convert the majority of the malt sugars into alcohol. The result: fermentation is naturally limited, ethanol remains almost absent, yet the flavours are very much present. This process respects the balance of the recipe, preserves the freshness of the hops and the roundness of the malts, for a genuine, joyful and light experience.
