Born from a brewery committed to social inclusion, it is built on a carefully mastered hopping of Mosaic and Columbus hops, grown locally and organically. It delivers fresh citrus notes, delicate cereal character and a barely perceptible bitterness, all at just 0.5% alcohol. At 25 kcal per 100 ml, it can be enjoyed before, after or without any particular reason. Made with water, barley malt, organic yeast, Mosaic and Columbus hops, and carbon dioxide, Cool Down IPA reaches its 0.5% alcohol through controlled fermentation with no post-fermentation removal.
