Même Pas Mal is the first alcohol-free beer signed by Brasserie Tandem: a subtly expressive Pale Ale. Brewed with Mosaic hops, it offers a pale yellow colour and an exotic aromatic profile, dancing between fruitiness and malty sweetness. With its 0.5% alcohol and silky body, it defies the usual blandness of alcohol-free beers. The result? Même Pas Mal is made from water, malted barley, Mosaic hops, maltodextrin, yeast and carbon dioxide. Its controlled fermentation reaches 0.5% alcohol, without chemical removal, in order to preserve its exotic aroma and round texture. This artisanal approach guarantees a dense and authentic mouthfeel.
