Long description

Sober Spritz is the festive alternative to the iconic Italian cocktail. The alcohol is removed in Grasse and the distillate is redistilled in century-old alembics, revealing bitter orange, herbs and spices. At 0.0% vol. And sugar-free, it retains freshness and intensity. Luminous and floral, it is served neat over ice, lengthened with tonic or soda, garnished with an orange wedge. Award-winning in competition, it pairs with antipasti, fresh cheeses or savoury spreads, elegantly reinventing the Italian aperitif.
