A concentrate of red fruits rescued from food waste: strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant come together to create an intense, juicy and naturally coloured syrup. At Roze Bunker, we celebrate fruit at its true worth: raw, indulgent and honest. This syrup reveals notes of fresh jam and a light acidity that calls for bubbles.
