Long description

A concentrate of red fruits rescued from food waste: strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant come together to create an intense, juicy and naturally coloured syrup. At Roze Bunker, we celebrate fruit at its true worth: raw, indulgent and honest. This syrup reveals notes of fresh jam and a light acidity that calls for bubbles. With sparkling water, in a fruity mocktail or over a dessert, it transforms the everyday into a celebration.

Technical description

Roze Bunker

Roze Bunker is a gentle revolution in the world of drinks: artisanal syrups crafted from rescued fruits and plants, produced locally and without compromise. Known as "fruitlagers", they combine intense flavour, a circular vision, and inclusive pleasure. When diluted, they replace sodas, cocktails, or alcohol-free aperitifs while supporting biodiversity and the local economy. Here at Gueule de Joie, we love this joyful, committed, and 100% creative alternative.
