Sparkling Chardonnay - Pierre Zéro Signature

The grapes are harvested at night and then vinified using a traditional process. After gentle dealcoholisation by vacuum evaporation, a secondary fermentation is carried out to create its fine and regular bubbles. No sugar, preservatives or artificial flavourings are added. The rigorous technical method guarantees an elegant, fresh and precise sparkling wine that preserves the authenticity of the grape variety and the sensory identity of the original wine.
