Grenache vinified in a traditional manner following night harvests. Dealcoholisation carried out by vacuum evaporation at low temperature, preserving polyphenols and the subtle aromas of the grape variety. No additives, sugar or preservatives are added. The process guarantees faithful expression of the complexity and structure of Grenache, allowing Chavin to offer an intense and refined red in a 0% version.
