Lemon Spritz is made from dealcoholized wine using a low-temperature vacuum method (rotating cone column), guaranteeing the preservation of its original aromas. It is then blended with natural Mediterranean lemon, elderflower, and mint flavors, without the addition of any preservatives. The base wine is then bottled as a lightly sparkling beverage with an alcohol content of less than 0.5%, offering a sophisticated, fresh, and precise experience true to the technical expertise of Maison Chavin.
