This Spritz is crafted from a dealcoholised wine using the vacuum process (Spinning Cone), preserving the original aromas. It is then infused with natural extracts of bitter orange peel, spices, and a touch of vanilla, with no preservatives. The result is sparkling and lively, with a complex aromatic profile — orange, spices, vanilla — and a balanced dry finish. Its alcohol content remains below 0.5%, true to the technical rigour and gustatory boldness of pierre zéro.
