Organic Red Fire 25cl - OSCO

Le Rouge Ardent is an organic French aperitif based on verjus, a wine alternative made from unfermented grapes. To this base is added an infusion of red berries and ginger, creating a vibrant and structured profile. Made without fermentation or added alcohol, it perpetuates the winemaking expertise of Southwest France by reinventing the aperitif. Certified organic and vegan, it is produced in France with local and natural ingredients. Low in calories, it pairs particularly well with tonic or ginger beer to create an uncompromising spritz.

OSCO follows the traditional structure of an aperitif: a blend of wine, herbs, and bitter fruits. They've replaced the wine with verjuice (unripe grape juice, similar to lemon). Same origin, same character, but without the alcohol! True craftsmanship throughout the entire value chain. The verjuice is harvested in the Périgord region, the herbs in their infusions are French, their natural flavorings come from Provence, their printer is in the Bas-Rhin department, and their bottler is near Tours.
