Oma Frida - Cuvée n° 004

The Cuvée N°004 OMAFRIDA showcases all the generosity of Merlot in a refined and vibrant alcohol-free rendition. Bright aromas of blackcurrant intertwine with delicate notes of lychee, elderflower rose and a honeysuckle-honey sweetness. A resinous hint of rosemary and the fine acidity of Bergerac verjuice complete the experience, offering depth and freshness. Inspired by the wild plants of the Drôme Provençale, this expressive and balanced cuvée pairs beautifully with convivial and elegant cuisine.

Non-alcoholic drink crafted from Merlot grape juice, enriched with natural extracts of wild plants gathered in the Drôme Provençale. The recipe incorporates verjuice from Bergerac to bring a natural, structuring acidity. No fermentation or dealcoholisation process is used. No artificial flavourings or added sugars. An artisanal approach that prioritises the purity of the fruit, botanical finesse and aromatic balance. Serve slightly chilled, between 10 and 12 °C.
