Cuvée N°004 OMAFRIDA showcases the full generosity of Merlot in a refined and vibrant alcohol-free expression. Lively aromas of blackcurrant intertwine with delicate hints of lychee, elderflower rose, and a honeysuckle-honey sweetness. A resinous nuance of rosemary and the fine acidity of Bergerac verjus complete the experience, offering both depth and freshness. Inspired by the wild plants of the Drôme Provençale, this expressive and balanced cuvée pairs perfectly with convivial and elegant cuisine.

A non-alcoholic beverage made from Merlot grape juice, enriched with natural extracts of wild plants gathered in the Drôme Provençale region. The recipe incorporates Bergerac verjus to provide a natural, structuring acidity. No fermentation or dealcoholization processes are used. No artificial flavors or added sugars. An artisanal approach that prioritizes the purity of the fruit, botanical finesse, and aromatic balance. Serve slightly chilled, between 10 and 12°C.
