Vintage No. 003 - Oma Frida

With Cuvée N°3, Omafrida explores a luminous path: an alcohol-free sparkling wine blending unfermented Chardonnay juice, verjus, and infusions of linden, elderflower, and rosemary. Its floral and herbaceous aromatic profile is complemented by a pale color, delicate effervescence, and a balanced palate, combining freshness, finesse, and depth. Crafted organically and without added sugar, it embodies the gentle audacity of a mature and refined alternative to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a light accompaniment.

Cuvée N°3 is handcrafted by Omafrida (Guéthary, France) using unfermented Chardonnay grape juice blended with verjuice and infusions of linden, elderflower, and rosemary. The effervescence is introduced through controlled CO₂ injection to ensure a fine and stable bubble. No sugar, artificial flavorings, or chemical components are added. The result: an elegant, aromatic beverage that perfectly embodies the brand's DNA.
