Cuvée n° 003 - Oma Frida

With Cuvée N°3, Omafrida explores a luminous path: an alcohol-free sparkling wine blending unfermented Chardonnay juice, verjuice and infusions of linden blossom, elderflower and rosemary. Its floral and herbaceous aromatic profile is built around a pale colour, delicate effervescence and a balanced palate combining freshness, finesse and depth. Crafted organically and with no added sugar, it embodies the gentle boldness of a mature and refined alternative to enjoy as an aperitif or light accompaniment.

Cuvée N°3 is crafted artisanally by Omafrida (Guéthary, France) from unfermented Chardonnay grape juice blended with verjuice and infusions of lime blossom, elderflower and rosemary. The effervescence is introduced by controlled CO₂ injection to guarantee a fine, stable bubble. No added sugar, no artificial flavourings or chemical components. The result: an elegant, aromatic drink consistent with the brand's DNA.
