Sparkling grape juice - Oh Oui

Oh Oui! Pétillant is a drink made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The typical aromas of the grape variety — white flowers, nectarine and redcurrant — express themselves with vivacity. The bubbles bring freshness and balance, perfectly poised between sweetness and acidity. Its light finish makes it an ideal companion for aperitifs or fruity desserts. Low in calories (22 kcal/100 ml), fermentation-free, it proves that a festive glass can be refined, fruity and light.

Sourced from 19-year-old vines grown on clay-limestone and clay-silica soils, this unfermented grape juice is made from early harvests (10 to 15 days before standard ripeness) in order to preserve freshness. The grapes are cold-pressed mechanically, then aged in stainless steel tanks. Carbonation is achieved by adding CO₂ at the time of bottling. Hot pasteurisation at 75°C ensures natural and stable preservation.
