Oh Oui! Tranquille expresses the purity of Sauvignon Blanc, crafted without fermentation but with the rigour of a great vineyard. Its pale yellow colour reveals floral notes and candied fruit (melon, pear, nectarine). On the palate, the texture is dense, balanced and full of depth. Its delicate strawberry finish brings an unexpected touch. Produced using a respectful method, it is a refined, low-calorie alternative full of character, ideal for lovers of elegance without fermentation.

Grown on clay-limestone and clay-silica terroirs, this unfermented grape juice comes from 19-year-old vines and early harvests, carried out before the wine's optimal ripeness to guarantee freshness and tension. After cold mechanical pressing, it is produced in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its aromatic purity. Without fermentation, it retains the fruit's natural sugars. Stabilised by gentle hot pasteurisation (75°C), it keeps for two years, offering an elegant and authentic alternative.
