With Le Rouge 0.0%, Oh My Baie presents the first alcohol-free red wine from Aix-en-Provence. Crafted from a blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Marselan, it captures the warm identity of the South in a modern and accessible style. Aromas of ripe dark fruits mingle with scents of Mediterranean garrigue to create a tasting experience that is both indulgent and refined. Its supple, full-bodied texture, combined with a beautiful length on the palate, makes it an ideal companion for convivial meals throughout the year.

Dealcoholised organic wine crafted in Provence from a blend of Syrah, Merlot and Marselan. After vinification, the alcohol is removed by distillation at very low temperature, in order to preserve the wine's aromatic qualities. The recipe is completed with organic rectified concentrated grape must and glycerine to maintain balance and texture. Alcohol content: 0.0%. Low in sugar (1.5 g/100 ml). Serve between 14 and 16 °C.
