Born on the shores of the Étang de Thau, between the garrigue and the lagoon, Oh My Baie ~ Le Blanc embodies a sunny and modern vision of alcohol-free wine. Its aromatic profile blends white fruits, citrus, and delicate floral notes, enhanced by a touch of herbs and almond. On the palate, the balance between freshness, minerality, and vibrancy creates a refined tasting experience, designed to complement both seafood and Mediterranean dishes. It also lends itself to alcohol-free mixology, for fresh and elegant white cocktails.

This alcohol-free white wine is made from quality grapes from a family-run estate in Mèze, certified HVE (High Environmental Value). A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rolle, it is dealcoholized to 0.0% by distillation at very low temperatures to preserve its aromas. Lightly sweetened (1.5 g/100 ml), it is bottled in a 75 cl bottle with a Vinolok glass stopper. Produced in France.
