Le Blanc 0.0 - Oh my goodness

Born on the shores of the Étang de Thau, between garrigue and lagoon, Oh My Baie ~ Le Blanc embodies a sunny, modern vision of alcohol-free wine. Its aromatic profile blends white fruits, citrus and delicate floral notes, lifted by a herbal touch and almond. On the palate, the balance between freshness, minerality and vivacity creates a refined tasting experience, designed to pair equally well with seafood and Mediterranean dishes. It also lends itself to alcohol-free mixology, for fresh and elegant white cocktails.

This alcohol-free white wine is crafted from a quality wine sourced from a family estate in Mèze, HVE certified. A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Rolle, it is dealcoholised to 0.0% by distillation at very low temperature to preserve the aromas. Lightly sweetened (1.5 g/100 ml), it is packaged in a 75 cl bottle with a Vinolok glass stopper. Produced in France.
